I am UKCP registered psychotherapist and BACP Accredited counsellor. I have provided private counselling and psychotherapy in Birmingham for more than 10 years. I am committed to offering a safe and non-judgemental service in a confidential and professional counselling environment.

I work with both individuals and couples on a short-term or open-ended basis, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

The approach I take is called Gestalt Therapy (find out more about this in Counselling and Psychotherapy). This means I will work with you as a whole person including your thoughts, feelings, physical and spiritual experience. I have found this helps many clients who have difficulties with:
